Mixing Two Covid Vaccines Safe? Spanish Study Says Yes
Spanish media reports suggest that the country will now allow Pfizer as the second dose to those who have been given the AstraZeneca vaccine as the first dose for people under 65. Dr Eric Feigl-Ding, epidemiologist from Washington, says that while mixing is found to be safe and preliminarily even more efficacious, those who have the option should stick to same dose pending more research.
