Meet 21-year-old Ravi Agarwal, a final year B.Com student, who rides auto-rickshaw after classes. In Ranchi, during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in April, Mr Agarwal saw two women struggling to find a transport to access healthcare services. It is then he initiated free auto ride service for people facing a medical emergency in Ranchi.
