Crazy cutoffs had students buying caste certificates
After Delhi University's sky high cut offs hit the headlines, yet another controversy has emerged from the campus. Delhi police's crime branch has busted a gang selling fake caste certificates to students seeking admission to the Capital's top colleges. The certificates were sold to students for five lakh rupees each.
