Top doctors and management of hospitals have raised an alarm over shortage of oxygen amid the deadly second wave of COVID-19. "Hospital operators across the country are desperate, oxygen tankers should not be stopped at any border," says Dr Sangita Reddy, joint managing director of Apollo group of hospitals.
