Speaking on whether Nitish Kumar is set to break ties with the BJP again, former JDU leader, Pavan Varma, tells NDTV the current BJP is an expansionist party which uses regional allies to consolidate its own strength, play symbolic homage to them by making them the Chief Minister and begins to undercut their base under their nose.
