Cuttack suffers from monsoon woes
On the one hand, the monsoon brings down searing temperatures, while on the other, the infrastructure in Indian cities tends to fall apart during the rain. The same is true for Cuttack, where come monsoon nearly every second home in the city is flooded with rainwater that will not go away, affecting families and homes.
