Cyclone Biparjoy Ground Report: Flood Water Enters Houses In Mandvi

Flood waters have entered several houses in low-lying areas in the beach town of Mandvi in Gujarat's Kachchh district, one of the worst effected by Cyclone Biparjoy. Over 40 per cent of the district is without power, officials said. NDTV's Sohit Rakesh Mishra reports on the latest development in the beach town.
