School Turned Into Cyclone Shelter As Biparjoy Nears
Cyclone Biparjoy, expected to make landfall between Gujarat and Pakistan on Thursday, will have "extensive damaging potential," the met office has said. It can cause tidal waves in coastal areas and damage crops, houses, roads, power and phone lines. 21,000 people have been shifted from coastal districts to temporary shelters.
