Cyclone: Maharashtra schools, offices shut
It's raining heavily in Mumbai as the threat of cyclone Phyan persists. Flights in and out of Mumbai have been delayed and people in Mumbai's low-lying areas are on alert and will be evacuated if the water level rises.
