Cyclone Phailin: 5 lakh people may be severely affected, says Odisha govt official
Dr Krishan Kumar, District Collector of Ganjam told NDTV that 600 buildings have been identified as cyclone shelters and people are being evacuated from areas near the coast. Ganjam, Puri, Khordha and Jagatsinghapur districts in Odisha are expected to bear the brunt of Cyclone Phailin on Saturday.
