Cyclone Phailin: Visakhapatnam prepares for the worst
"Our teams has visited 66 coastal villages to warn people, fishermen have been asked to return and cyclone centres have been identified," the Visakhapatnnam district collector told NDTV. The district, is bracing for Cyclone Phailin and has alerted the Army and Navy.
