Cyclone Phailin: We've alerted 21 of 30 districts in the state, says Odisha's Special Relief Commissioner
Pradip Kumar Mohapatra, Special Relief Commissioner told NDTV that their priority is to ensure there is no loss of human life. The government has also put in place measures to restore road connectivity to the worst hit areas within 12 hours of the cyclone passing over.
