The Supreme Court on Thursday relaxed the norms imposed for license on dance bars by the Maharashtra government, paving way for opening of dance bars in Mumbai. Delivering the judgement, the court however upheld certain sections of the Maharashtra government act, especially on timings and the idea of obscenity. Here's a quick reality check.
