Datamatics on Vista Info acquisition
Rahul Kanodia, Vice Chairman & CEO of Datamatics Global Services says the company has already acquired 76 per cent of Vista Info and the remaining 24 per cent would be acquired in the next 12 months. The funding is through internal accruals.
