DDA to open outer Delhi for residential projects

The Delhi Development Authority plans to open up areas of outer Delhi like Najafgarh and Bawana for residential projects given that most of the available land in these areas contains hundreds of unauthorised colonies. NDTV's Oineetom Ojha finds out the possible impact of this decision on the capital's residential realty scenario.
