It's a case that's being seen as a landmark one for patients' rights in India. One of Delhi's leading hospitals, Max Healthcare has admitted that its doctors messed up a heart surgery, which led to 58-year-old patient Jayant Bhuyan's death. Hours before Bhuyan died, his doctors admitted that there was a huge mistake during his triple bypass surgery.
