The Supreme Court will today pronounce its judgement in the Priyadarshini Mattoo rape and murder case. Ahead of the verdict, Priyadarshni Mattoo's father, Chaman Lal Mattoo, tells NDTV that Santosh Singh should be awarded nothing less than a death sentence.
