A special CBI court in Ghaziabad has pronounced death sentence for Nithari case convicts Moninder Singh Pandher and Surendra Koli. Pronouncing the sentence, Special Judge Rama Jain held that their crime fell in the "rarest of rare" category deserving capital punishment.
