Debt funds find favour with investors
The stock markets have declined by almost 30 per cent since January this year. Inflation is also putting pressure on interest rates. Uncertainty on Dalal street has had a cascading effect on mutual funds.More and more investors are now shifting towards the relatively safer debt funds. This of course at the cost of equity funds, long considered the darlings of mutual fund managers.
