December inflation likely around 7.4%: BoA Merrill Lynch
Jayesh Mehta, Country Treasurer at BoA Merrill Lynch says that 10-year bond yields are steady near 8.25 per cent with a marginal rise post the positive IIP data. He further expected December WPI to be around 7.4 per cent. On liquidity, he said, that it remains tight despite OMOs. RBI is slated to buyback Rs 12,000 crore in bonds today.
