The decision on precaution dose of COVID vaccine is timely, said Dr Jayesh Lele from Indian Medical Association on the roll-out of booster dose amid a surge in the COVID-19 cases. Explaining the need for a booster dose, Dr Lele said, "There are two key issues – firstly, there is a shortage of healthcare workers.
