"Declare 4 Bengal Districts Disturbed Area, Bring AFSPA": BJP MP To Amit Shah
West Bengal BJP MP Mahato wrote to Home Minister Amit Shah demanding AFSPA to be introduced. The Waqf (Amendment) Act should not be introduced in the four districts of West Bengal which are near the border, he said. He sought for the four districts to be declared "disturbed areas" for imposition of AFSPA.
