"Passing The Buck": Supreme Court Slams Delhi On Pollution

The Supreme Court has reprimanded the Delhi government over pollution, saying it has been "passing the buck". The court has directed the centre to call for an emergency meeting tomorrow over issues like stopping construction, non-essential transport, power plants and implementing work from home to deal with air pollution. It has also asked centre and states of the NCR region to consider work from home for employees in the meantime. The matter has been adjourned till Tuesday.
