Delhi blasts: Govt cheque-mates victims
The Delhi government's compensation announcement would have done little to comfort those who lost their loved ones in the serial blasts that rocked the city on Saturday. But their woes don't really seem to end. The cheques that came have still not been cleared. The receivers of the cheque have survived here on the pavements of Delhi for decades and most of them have never been inside a bank.
