Delhi cop run over by speeding car, killed on duty

In yet another hit-and-run case, a Delhi police constable was killed on duty by a speeding car in north east Delhi on Wednesday night. According to an eyewitness, A Santro car hit Head Constable Ishwar Dayal when he was crossing road in Usmanpur around midnight yesterday.
