The Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi has summoned former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, his son Tejashwi Yadav, and several others in connection with a job-for-land money laundering case. Alongside them, Akhileshwar Singh and his wife Kiran Devi have also received summons, with the court noting that Tej Pratap Yadav’s involvement cannot be dismissed, as he was a director of AK Infosys Limited. The Enforcement Directorate had filed a supplementary charge sheet against 11 accused on August 6, of which four have since passed away. The court has directed all summoned parties to appear before it on October 7.
