Delhi: Disabled children lose out in nursery admission, High Court issues notice
The Delhi High Court on Friday issued a notice to the Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung on a Public Interest Litigation or PIL challenging the latest nursery admission guidelines which club the economically weaker sections with the category of children with disabilities.
