Delhi: Disabled children lose out in nursery admission, High Court issues notice

The Delhi High Court on Friday issued a notice to the Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung on a Public Interest Litigation or PIL challenging the latest nursery admission guidelines which club the economically weaker sections with the category of children with disabilities. The petition will come up for hearing on Tuesday. (Read more)
