As key routes of the national capital were inundated, Delhi's Urban Development Minister says vehicular movement has not been stopped and not even 1% of Delhi's roads have submerged. He adds that soon the inundated areas will get normal after the city witnessed unprecedented floods with the Yamuna river touching an all-time high. With floodwaters going as deep as 10 feet in several parts of Delhi, Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj warned against swimming in the Yamuna water and venturing around the river as it can be fatal.
