Urban Planner On What Led To Delhi Flooding
KT Ravindran, a senior urban planner says the human tragedy of floods in several parts of Delhi could've been avoided if the last 2-3 Delhi Master plans which made by the DDA. He said that the last few master plans were not careful enough and because of them, Delhi started growing into the Yamuna bed. He says the fault lies in the way the capital city has been developed.
