Delhi gang-rape: juvenile verdict not correct, says Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung

Two days after a juvenile was found guilty of rape and murder and sentenced to three years at a reform centre in the horrific December 16 gang-rape case, Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Najeeb Jung has said he was disappointed with the verdict and that rape laws for juveniles need to be revisited.
