Delhi govt relaxes bar timings by 1 hr
Those who like their drinks and know who they are now must raise a toast for the Delhi government. Starting this weekend bars can stay open for another one hour till 1 am. That makes good business sense for a city where liquor sales have jumped by 13 per cent in the last year to touch an all-time high.
