Ram Bhor, a 40-year-old rickshaw puller in the capital, died on Monday. But his final hours paint a terrifying portrait of our public healthcare. Ram Bhor was riding back home alone when an unknown vehicle knocked him down outside Jehangir Metro Station at 1:30 am.
