Delhi homeless left in a cold lurch
There are close to 2 lakh homeless people, thousands of them women but there is not a single shelter exclusive to them. With Delhi waiting to plunge into the thick of winter many are left to wander aimlessly on the capital's streets at the mercy of antisocial elements. A footpath is home for Ganga and her two children. Her baby is only 18 months old.
