Delhi Hospital Puts Sandbags With Stones To Stop Floodwater From Entering Compound

Delhi's Ring Road has been flooded after the Yamuna overflowed due to heavy rain in the upper reaches. The authorities have placed cement bags in front of a hospital to stop water from entering the compound. The water has entered the compound though. Some 40 patients are admitted here. They are being shifted to another hospital.
