Delhi locals help cops for I-Day security
After the Bangalore and Gujarat blasts it's been a tense August and with Independence Day just around the corner a state of alert continues to help keep Delhi safe. The ordinary man now has another job, he is being recruited by the police to patrol crowded areas. Ratan Lall is one such man recruited by the cops. He usually spends his day selling spices at his shop in the Walled City. But these days he gets to the market an hour early to visit 800 other shops in the area.
