Delhi madarsa teaches Sanskrit
A madarsa in Delhi teaches Sanskrit to its 20 Muslim students. In fact the students chose themselves to learn the language. Imam AR Shaheen of the madarsa his students can talk fluently in Sanskrit.
Among the acharyas and the shastris from round the country at the just concluded convocation of Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan the apex government body that oversees all Sanskrit universities in the country, the Imam and his students stood out.
