Delhi man held in DDA scam not guilty?

There are questions being raised on the arrest of Deepak Kumar, a financer who blew the lid off the multi-crore DDA housing scam. While the Delhi Police is firm on its belief that Deepak is the real culprit, others are sceptical and say that he is being made the scapegoat. "Deepak was involved in the scheme in the initial stage and was also involved in the execution of the plan," said S B K Singh, Joint Commissioner of Police, Delhi Police.
