Trouble For Many Delhi Voters, Names Missing From Polling List

Many voters, who claimed they have voted in previous elections, were surprised to see their names excluded from the voters' list. One of them claimed he didn't receive voting slips for six out of eight of his family members. NDTV's Saurabh Shukla speaks to the voters.
