Delhi Night Shelters: Rats, Dirty Water In Bone-Chilling Cold

NDTV visited three night shelters in Delhi for a reality check on the conditions in which the homeless spend nights in temperatures as low as six degrees. Unhygienic conditions like rats found in corners, dirty drinking water and washrooms, no proper geyser facilities reveal the reality behind many of these home shelters.
