Delhi Polls Heat Up: Security Protocol Row Escalates Between AAP and BJP

The Delhi Assembly elections, scheduled for February 5th, have ignited intense clashes between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the BJP. The Delhi Police raised security concerns in a January 10th letter to the Punjab DGP, citing protocol violations by Punjab VIPs, including ministers and MLAs campaigning in the capital. Punjab DGP assured cooperation on January 18th, but BJP leader Parvesh Verma accused AAP of misusing Punjab's resources to influence Delhi voters. AAP countered by alleging BJP's anti-Punjabi stance. The controversy adds fuel to an already heated political battle.
