Delhi pubs to have special smoking rooms
As an executive at a multi-national company Noor puts in fourteen hour work days. So weekends are for unwinding and for him that means catching up with friends at his favourite pub over some drinks and cigarettes. But from October onwards Noor will have to excuse himself and step outside to smoke.
