"Fell Into Deep Puddle": Delhi Resident As Streets Flooded

Arun, a resident of Delhi, said he fell into a deep puddle as there was intense waterlogging in east Delhi's Shahdara. Delhi saw the highest single-day rainfall in four decades on Sunday. Arun said people in Shahdara have not been able to go to work because of intense waterlogging.
