Delhi's Air Crisis: Students, Parents Speak Out
There is an air emergency in north India as pollution levels are almost 13 times the safe limit. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal describes it as a 'gas chamber', orders the closure of all schools in Delhi till November 5. Delhi and neighbouring areas will continue to be in the grip of smog for the next three days.
