Delhi's Oldest Voter, A 110-Year-Old Woman, To Cast Her Vote Today
Delhi has started voting in the single phase today to elect a new government for the state assembly. Delhi's oldest voter -- 110-year-old Kalitara Mandal -- says she always casts her vote. She says she feels happy when she votes and wishes each and every citizen exercises this right. Voting began at 8 am across all 70 constituencies, and will end at 6 pm, following which there will be exit polls to predict which party might form the next government.
