The silver lining of the pandemic -- if there was one -- would be that we saw blue skies over Delhi NCR again due to factories shutting down and traffic levels plummeting. During the lockdown, with the world's most-polluted cities shutting down, cleaner air was an unintended consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Air pollution levels dropped by 60 per cent in New Delhi and residents experienced not just how beautiful our capital is but we also felt the the difference in air quality.
