Former Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, Najeeb Jung tells NDTV's Nidhi Razdan that Delhi violence is a result of failure of intelligence and police leadership. Calling the transferred Delhi High Court judge Justice S Muralidhar outstanding, Mr Jung says the transfer could have waited as optics are very important in times like these.
