BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa won from the Rajouri Garden seat by defeating AAP's A Dhanwati Chandela by 18,190 votes in the Delhi Assembly elections. Speaking to NDTV, Mr Sirsa assured that the national capital will undergo a "drastic" change in the coming years.
