Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday sought to dispel confusion around delimitation, asserting that it is a separate issue from population management and should not be linked to the ongoing political discussions. "Delimitation is a continuous process, occurring once in 25 years," Naidu told reporters here.
