Demand, pricing to see improvement in 2013: DLF

The demand for real estate could see a pick-up in 2013, says Rajeev Talwar group executive director of DLF, adding that prices are likely to go up by 5 per cent on an average. He reiterates that DLF will stay focused on deleveraging its balance sheet as in 2012.
