Dense fog envelops Delhi; flights cancelled
Visibility dropped to zero in the capital on Monday morning for the first time this year as dense fog engulfed the city skyline. There was zero visibility at 0630 IST due to the thick blanket of fog. Met department attributed the heavy fog to Western Disturbances and upper air cyclonic circulation over central Pakistan adjoining west Rajasthan.
